To address the changes in NHS buying, Care UK needed a new growth strategy for its elective treatment centres.
I was appointed to lead a team of sales and marketing specialists through a period of transformation and to develop a more effective approach that drove an increase in referrals from GP’s and Commissioners.
Central to the strategy was turning advanced data intelligence into a competitive advantage, building detailed market heat maps, analysing referral patterns, and aligning propositions to demonstrate value clearly. This was supported by targeted sales programmes with enhanced CRM, precise local advertising tailored to patient needs near GP surgeries, and a suite of new digital tools. The outcome was a measurable 12% uplift in sales.
